HAPPY EASTER

HAPPY EASTER!! OH how I LOVE Easter! It is by FAR my most favorite holiday!! I love that you can find white and pink clothes just about ANYWHERE and that they have matching outfits for kids of all ages!! I love that the weather is PERFECT...even if only for a few days! I love that it reminds me of when Seth proposed to me(April 20th, 2003...back when Easter was in APRIL)! But mostly, I love to think of Our Savior and all that He has done for me and my family through His atonement! What blessings I have! HAPPY EASTER!!

St. Patty's day with the whole fam...funny how we managed to each have a different color of GREEN on...krazy!

That night, Seth and I went to the Matchbox20 concert at Cricket Pavillion! This was my gift for V-day and it was AMAZING! Matchbox20 is my ALL TIME FAVORITE group and we had a blast singing along and watching all the inebriated folk dance around...nothing like a concert on St. Patty's day!!

This was the first time we were able to take Lilee with us to Logan's grave. It was a nice day to spend time together as a family! After that, we went to the Easter Pagent at the Temple. It was BEAUTIFUL, as usual! It was so much more meaningful for me this year because Keat actually did REALLY well and we talked about Jesus and the angels quite a bit!

On Friday we spent some time at the zoo. Seth got off early so we all met a friend, Riss, and saw some animals. Truly, we spent most of our time at the petting zoo...and then because of no nap, we spent a lot of time dealing with a screaming toddler...I think Riss will NEVER have kids after spending time with ours!!:)

Easter at the Francois' on Saturday! Thanks mom for the shopping trip...it was SO fun to actually have someone to go with who had an opinion! It's always more fun to spend money WITH someone!!:)

Easter Morning

I am SO bummed that I didn't take any pictures of us for church! I spent SO much time getting outfits that matched! We'll have to wear them again soon and then I'll get pictures! Here's what we wore though, Lilee had a CUTE pink dress with white cardigan(Thank you Lorelei and Bridget) and I had a white skirt and shirt with a pink cardigan. Keat wore blue pants with a blue/white/pink striped shirt. Daddy wore blue pants, white shirt and a pink and blue tie!! We all looked great if I do say so myself!!

Look at Miss Lilee's new trick...she sits up now! Keat wasn't sitting up until like 8 months or something! Krazy girl...she also gets up on her toes and hands and lunges forward! What an overachiever!!:)

The tag is to say HOW/WHY we chose the baby names we did...here goes!

LOGAN KARL~The Logan Temple is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE TEMPLE and I always knew our first boy would be Logan! It is much more popular now, but still not too well known which I love! Karl is in tribute of Seth's dad. Logan Karl is a very special name for a very special boy!!

KEATON SETH~About a week after we found out we were pregnant, Seth and I went to California for a couple days. I am the type of person who HAS TO HAVE A NAME PICKED OUT...I even stress about it. So, with a tiny cell inside of me growing, I was stressing about names. The last night we were there...I had a dream. In my dream, we had twin boys...Keaton and Kai. I told Seth and he said NO to Kai, but LOVED the name Keaton. I had NEVER heard of another kid with the name Keaton before and it is bizarre because it wasn't until later that I thought about the actors with Keaton as surnames! I still have never actually MET another Keaton, but know of other kiddos with the name. I like an "off" name like that. And, obviously, Seth is after his daddy...who he happens to be a clone of, so it worked out!!:) I never thought that Keaton would have a nickname...but he is DEFINITELY a KEAT!!

LILEE RENEE~There again, I have ALWAYS LOVED THE NAME Lily...and KNEW I'd name my first daughter it. Something about it being different and "classic" sounding. I have a weird thing with the letter "Y" though...I like names to be spelled different. So, instead of "Y", we spell it with "EE"s! LILEE! It also fit PERFECTLY with the spelling of RENEE(which is MY middle name). The spelling flows...Lilee Renee! She is our little Lilee Bean....LalalalaLileeee...the name just fits out chunk perfectly!!

NOW...do you wanna hear all the other names we have picked out for our football team...that's how many kids I'd have to have to give them all the names I love!!:) Guess we'll all just have to wait and see WHO comes to our family next!!:)

A STINKIN' FUN TIME!!!

As you can imagine...we chose DISNEYLAND!! It was SO MUCH FUN!! I'm so glad Keat and I got to spend some alone time together just mommy and Keaton!! Here are some pictures from our adventure.

We left about 6:30pm and had a "FUN" trip with the little ones!! Good thing for DVD players!

Riding the tram to Disneyland...it was a CHOO CHOO TWAIN to Keat...he was so excited he wouldn't look at the camera for more than half a second!

35 inches means it's MATTERHORN time...and luckily with shoes, Keat is big enough!! SO...we conquered the MOUNTAIN!!! When Keat got off this ride this mother looked at her OLDER son who has afraid and said, "C'mon...if HE can do it, YOU can do it!! Keat shouted HOORAY when it was finished!! I love my daring boy!!

The group...me and Keat, Tenille and Tate, and Hailey and Rylie...Colt came the next day!

FINALLY...Keat fell asleep about 6:30pm. He was ZONKED...but he was awakened by the sweet kisses of miss Rylie...she about tackled him!! SO CUTE!!

Last week a bunch of friends got together for a Mommy's group. We all made the trek to Scottsdale to go to the McKormick Ranch Railroad Park. It was quite the site with 6 cars/SUV's/minivan's caravaning (is that a word?) on the I10!! The weather was PERFECT and the company was so great!! Here are some highlights!!

I have spent a lot of this last month planning/preparing for a friend's babyshower which was this past weekend. Here are some photos of the decorations...it turned out GREAT...so girly! I can't wait to meet Miss Gabriella!!
